Psychotherapy

Safe Space is there to provide you with a safe environment where you can feel free to explore whatever feelings you are experiencing and talk about what really matters to you. Choosing to explore difficult feelings and emotions is a very courageous step. You will be supported at all times.

Depression

We all feel down from time to time. However, these feelings can start controlling us, and all we see is darkness, and all we feel is hopelessness. We need to listen to these signs and look at our own suffering. The thought of facing our darkness might seem overwhelming but this action is what ultimately leads to healing our wounds.

Mindfulness

Cultivating our presence in the world moment after moment, accepting our thoughts as they arise and learning to let them go, becoming our own best friend… these are some of the ways in which mindfulness can help us enjoy life more fully.
